Resellers requesting a credit line up to $100,000 require no financial statements or UCC filings. Credit lines over $100,000 and up to $500,000 require the last two fiscal year financial statements and UCC filings. All resellers must be in business for more than one year and maintain greater than $500,000 in annual sales. $150 initial application fee applies.

Case History

Reseller* just completed documentation on a $5 million working capital line of credit to support the addition of a new Fortune 1000 customer.
